Our Tariffs from 1st January 2008
(No increases in room rates from 2007.) are:

From £30 per person per night, including a full English breakfast or our Gold Award healthy option.
For double occupancy of an en suite room, including breakfast, the room rate for Kingfisher and Monet is £70 for the first night and for Balcony it is £80.
£10 is deducted from the above rates for the second and subsequent nights of bookings of more than one night, assuming that we do not have to change the linen.
For single occupancy of any room, please deduct £20 off the above rates.
For a room only rate deduct £5 per person.
When you wish to confirm a telephone reservation, please make sure your non-returnable deposit cheque (at the rate of £20 per room per night) reaches us within a week. Please make cheques payable to B Hodgkinson.

Well-controlled dogs are welcome to stay with you in the Kingfisher Suite by arrangement. We charge £10 per dog per night, with the minimum charge being £20.
