Wet Room Facilities

A white chair with fixed arms, and a chrome trolley suitable for toiletries etc. is available for use in the shower area. There is a sturdy vertical turquoise handrail in the corner of the shower area, and a basket for shampoos and gels hooked onto tracking on the wall This is the chair that we already have for use under the shower. If you need one with removable arms or on wheels, you are welcome to bring your own. If this is not practical, just tell us and we will meet your requirements.
The trolley has wheels and is suitable for pushing around with toiletries on, if you prefer it to the basket on the wall. The vertical handrail in the corner of the shower area feels very secure.

The versatile chrome wire basket is seen here positioned beside the hand basin. Here you can see the versatile basket positioned beside and below the hand basin. It is just the right size for a box of tissues if you find them easier to use than a toilet roll.

A lever on the right of the hand basin is raised to allow the height of the basin to be changed. If the lever, which is on the right-hand side of the basin, is in this raised position, the actual basin can be raised and lowered. In this photo the basin is near its highest position and is pushed to the left.

The lever and the spout of the water saving tap both swivel. This close up of the water saving tap clearly shows the hot and cold markings, which have now been further enhanced by having red and blue buttons stuck on top of them to help the visually impaired.
